Susie Signature

Hi, my name is Susan Baierl.

I’m a mom, step-mom, wife, cook, maid, etc. My point is that I’m busy, and I know how busy you are also. That is why I want to help you with your car shopping experience. I want you to save valuable time researching vehicles and do something that you really enjoy doing for your family, or for yourself.

Shopping for a car is a process that can leave many of us feeling defeated, which is exactly how I felt after shopping for my very first car, years ago.

Here’s what happened….

I was just about to spend $30,000 on a new car. I knew exactly the type of car that I wanted; I had the estimated trade-in value for my current car, and was prepared with my checkbook in hand. I was so excited to buy a new car. It would be the first car that I had purchased on my own. My first car! Well, maybe the salesmen could sense my excitement or maybe he thought all women liked to play hard to get? I'm still not sure, but I walked around my dream car for forty minutes before being approached that day. After the first twenty minutes my excitement started to wean, after twenty more, I had completely lost confidence in my ability to negotiate. I felt defeated, when that salesman finally told me what he thought my trade-in was worth. He was so blunt with me that I left without my car, with my tail between my legs, and with an experience that would forever shape the way I felt about buying a car. Oh, and did I mention that I had been working in the automobile Industry for 5 years at this point? Needless to say, I was completely ignorant to think that I could not have this terrible experience.

I want to make sure you never have this experience when it comes to you buying a new vehicle or caring for the one you own. I’m here to construct a site so this awful experience doesn’t happen to you. I want to be your personal shopper, your concierge in this entire process.

The following are just a few things I’ll be here to assist you with:
  1. I’ll be here to help you understand our technicians and service managers when discussing maintenance and care regarding your Baierl vehicle
  2. I’ll make sure you understand the care and maintenance your Baierl vehicle needs whether it’s purchased new or used
  3. I’ll be here to provide quick and realistic answers for your concerns about safety issues on you vehicle

Shopping and owning a car should be easy. I’m here to help. Give me your questions, concerns and opinions so I can make your experience definitely worth the trip.

Thank you,
Susan Baierl
