Stephanie DicarloStephanie DiCarlo

Stephanie DiCarlo has been in the automotive industry for 15 years. After graduating from Westminster College, she interviewed at a local Honda dealership as a ‘rust and dust girl’. Within just a few months, at the ripe age of 22, Stephanie was promoted to the role of Finance Manager.

Not only was she the only woman working at this dealership, but she was managing all men at least  ten to thirty years her senior. Stephanie welcomed the challenge and rose to the occasion. She quickly realized that she did quite well in this male dominated industry and saw the difference making her skills and financial knowledge made with customers.

She took on more responsibility when she moved to a large multi-brand dealership. With the economic turmoil of September, 2001, her employer went out of business. It was at that time that Stephanie had set her sights on a bigger store; in September 2004 she was hired by Baierl Automotive Group where she
became the Finance Manager at the Baierl Toyota dealership in Cranberry, Pennsylvania.

During the next five years, Stephanie made many contributions to the growth and expansion of the Baierl Toyota store. In the summer of 2009, Stephanie was promoted to New Car Sales Manager, a position held by less than 1% of women in the car business. With Stephanie at the helm, it is easy to understand why this dealership is the top ranked ‘Women-Friendly’ Toyota dealer in Pittsburgh as reviewed by buyers on an independent rating site called

With her vast expertise and know-how, Stephanie is proud to be part of the team as she understands the need to work with women on their terms and needs.


Lindsay Baierl 

Lindsay BaierlLindsay Baierl (yes, you read that correctly) has been on the team since its inception. Lindsay, who has the opportunity to do anything in any profession, is a Sales Consultant and is dedicated to continuing her family’s tradition of providing the best car buying and service experience possible.

Lindsay truly understands what it is like to be young (or, young at heart) and need to buy a car. That is why she is so passionate about being on the front end with the customer. Her intention is to work with every woman and assist them in being comfortable and at ease during what can be an intimidating purchase.

Lindsay may be held to a different standard which she embraces. Not only is she one of the few women sales consultants, but she is, after all, a Baierl.
